Who is Eligible for SAPR Services?
- Service members who are on active duty and who have been sexually assaulted, regardless of when or where the sexual assault took place
- National Guard and Reservists
- Military dependents 18 years of age or older who are eligible for treatment in MTFs, CONUS, or OCONUS, and whose perpetrator is not an intimate partner
- DoD civilians and contractors who are assaulted on DOD/DON jurisdiction OCONUS
